IT WILL BE BALLACK VS RONALDO

Ballack and Ronaldo, two of the best midfields in the world will meet each other during the Euro 2008. In fact, the first quarter final will be Germany-Portugal. With the possible elimination of France or Italy at the group stage, another favourite will leave the Euro earlier than expected. In fact, Portugal and Germany will certainly fight each other in quarter finals.

In fact, with their victories against Czech Republic and Turkey, Portugal are now sure to finish top of their group whereas Germany who lost yesterday against Croatia can at best finish 2^nd of their group behind Croatia. Germany are not already qualified for the quarter finals but they just need to win against Austria and even if they make a draw against Croatia they will be qualified if Poland does not beat Croatia. In other words, it is very likely to see Portugal and Germany fighting for a place in semi-finals. In the same time, Croatia will meet the Turkey or Czech Republic.
