Uefa charity blunder

There are great minds behind European football but they are probably not working for Uefa. Their official sponsor the Red Cross has been pledged to get €4,000 for every goal scored in the competition. This will go to victims of land mines in Afghanistan. Only you cannot. Not from the UK at least because the competition and humanity only seems to stretch as far as the final 16 nations. No matter that we in the UK are fighting the war. No matter we are getting blown up by these mines along with the Afghanis
