Another barmy example of Uefa’s greed

There is sponsorship and there is sponsorship. This gratuitous picture is from last night’s soccer before the Russia Sweden game at the Tivioli-Neu stadium in Innsbruck. Belgian referee , the amazingly monikered Frank De Bleeckere gets the match ball from the official Kia Match Ball Child!

Probably what comes next is who will sponsor the Match Ball Child’s shoes, shirts, haircut, sanwdiches and pay off his schoolteacher for missing lessons.
